Performance features:
The fuselage adopts four column integral frame or combined frame structure, all of which are welded with steel plate; the four corner and eight side right angle guide rail has high precision and good rigidity, and adopts hydraulic preloading. The hydraulic system adopts two-way cartridge integrated valve; the whole system is stable, reliable, long service life, less leakage and less fault points. The electrical system is controlled by "PLC" programmable controller, and can be equipped with proportional voltage regulation, stroke digital display, photoelectric protection device and mobile working table (convenient for mold replacement) according to user requirements. The hydraulic press of the system has the double action function of upper slide and lower hydraulic pad. According to the user's requirements, the hydraulic pad can be set as ejector and can also be used for stretching. Therefore, it has a wide range of processes, such as sheet metal stretching, bending, blanking (buffer device can be equipped). It can realize two kinds of processes: constant pressure and fixed range, with pressure holding delay function and adjustable delay time. The working pressure stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements, and the operation is simple. It adopts button centralized control and has three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

It is used for drawing, bending, extruding and forming of sheet metal in automobile, tractor, locomotive and rolling stock, ship, motor, instrument, power industry and aviation industry.
