YLL05 series magnetic material hydraulic press
purpose
This series of hydraulic press is a special wet magnetic material equipment, which can be widely used in the production of various permanent ferrite materials. It can also be used to press ring, tile, square and other special-shaped high-performance wet pressed permanent ferrite products.
Performance and characteristics
(1) The stroke speed of slide block of this series press adopts multi-stage speed regulation, which can be adjusted by users according to their own product characteristics. Thus, the molding height of the product is controlled within the range required by the process.
(2) The machine adopts three configuration modes of relay, PLC and human-machine interface for users to choose. It can be equipped with mixing and filling device, charging magnetic power supply device, water absorption device and air mold protection device.
(3) It has the characteristics of "automatic injection, floating pressing, pulling demoulding" and "manual feeding, floating pressing, pulling demoulding"; there are two demoulding modes for users to choose, which are "general demoulding" and "protective demoulding", so as to eliminate the possibility of internal cracks in products, especially tile shaped products, and improve the qualified rate of products.
